Due to the perishable nature of our products, all caviar and food items are non-returnable and non-refundable once they have left our facility.

We take the utmost care in packaging to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. Once verified, we will gladly provide a replacement or exchange.
