Noosh Grazing was born during the pandemic as founder Bianca Salvatori, a Hollywood film producer, devoted mom, and passionate home cook, sought to reconnect loved ones over meaningful meals. What began as a personal mission to bring people back to the table has transformed into a catering company specializing in unforgettable, curated grazing experiences.
In 2022, seasoned advertising executive Daniela Ramirez, a fellow food lover and natural hostess, joined the Noosh family leveraging her marketing and business development skills to expand into the Miami market and to build our portfolio to become a full-service event planning brand.
Together, these two best friends (since highschool!) bring thier unique skills and creativity to bring the Noosh magic to every event
